Patience is a virtue

Finally our laundry rooms are being updated with newer machines. David Baron the President of Metro Management said that out of all the properties he manages Village View had negotiated the "best" laundry vendor agreement. Special thanks to Liz Rybkin who spent many long hours going over the contract, Luis Ruiz who monitored the progress, and Board President Adam Silvera who kept his sanity during the constant back and forth, and never threw in the towel.
